Refund and Returns Policy

YOUR WISHES

Email us at [email protected] to let us know your return wishes after receiving the item. We will review and guide you to the return address.

We will not accept returns without prior contact

Return period: Within 30 days from the date you are notified of our acceptance of the return.

CONDITIONS

When returning an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unwashed, unused, and not soiled or damaged by your fault.

Returns must be accompanied by labels, receipts, gifts (if any).

Damaged products: When receiving a defective or damaged product, please keep the product, provide us with specific pictures so we can send a new product.

Products that are gift cards, promotions or recorded as final products are not eligible for return.

RETURN

If you wish to return the item for a new order, you should send the item back to us for a refund and then place another order.

REFUND

After we have received the returned item and inspected it, if it meets our requirements, we will refund you within 5 days. The refund will be paid to your original payment account.
