Once your order has been confirmed and finalized, we will prepare it within 1-3 days, and ship it to you within 7-15 days. What should I do if my package is delayed?

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information provided. If there is no update for more than 7 days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

You can request a change before we send your order to the carrier, usually within 24 hours.

If you receive the wrong or defective product, please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the product, and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
